International Electronics Recycling Congress 20th IERC 2022 ICM AG. Stokkermill Recycling Machinery will be present, as an exhibitor, at the next edition of IERC 2022, an event of international importance for all operators in the WEEE sector. IERC2022 have always hosted scholars, manufacturers of electrical and electronic materials,who is in charge of in the supply chain and manufacturers of specific equipment in a unique effort to improve recovery and recycling operations. Recycling of E-waste (Waste electrical and electronic equipment) is an extremely dynamic and expanding sector due to the increasing number of electrical and electronic materials destined for recycling and thanks to separation technologies that allow improvements in the recovery of metal and plastic fractions. Stokkermill Recycling Machinery has always produced machines and plants for the recycling of electrical and electronic materials, copper and aluminium cables, systems for the treatment of LED screens, recycling plants for solar panels and toners from laser printers.
Stokkermill’s WEEE recycling plants are reliable machines that provide high results in terms of productivity and quality of outgoing materials. Stokkermill’s WEEE recycling facilities are able to recycle and separate the electrical cable. Stokkermill’s strong point is the experience gained over the years in the field of materials reduction - shredding, milling, delamination - and in materials separation technologies with mechanical, electrostatic and optical systems. The standard plant designed and built by Stokkermill consists of a primary shredder of the D series from a hammer mill of the HM series, from a reduction mill from a system of separation tables. The final fractions can be further refined with the use of electrostatic and optical separation technologies sectors, in which, Stokkermill has dedicated resources and energies.
Stokkermill has significant expertise in technologies for recycling and recovery of electronic boards that are subjected to mechanical processes aimed at recovering the ferrous fraction from plastic components. Facilities and lines for recycling and recovery of electronic boards, such as WEEE recycling facilities, may be equipped with auxiliary equipment for the treatment and recycling of copper and aluminium electric cables. Other novelties worthy of note are the plants for the recycling of copper coils, small transformers and, in general, for the recycling and recovery of copper coils of electric motors.
