Once again this year, Stokkermill will participate in the Ecomondo Mexico event, scheduled for the first week of March at the exhibition center in Guadalajara.
Stokkermill R.M., a leading company in the construction of plants and machines for cable recycling, will present the compact granulator model K85S: LINK
The compact granulator K85S for cable and electronic material recycling has an input capacity of approximately 80-100 kg/h.
The K85S cable shredder is one of the best-selling compact granulator versions in Stokkermill’s history, with around 300 units currently in operation.
With 8.5 kW of power, the KS cable granulator ensures continuous performance and is suitable for both companies recycling their industrial waste internally and professional recyclers handling collected cables.
The K85S shredder can be expanded with:
K230 turbine to enhance performance, particularly for very thin cables: LINK
NST4000 conveyor belt with magnet: LINK
PS600 single-shaft pre-shredder with hydraulic pusher: LINK
At Ecomondo Mexico, Stokkermill will also showcase the CableBoxM60, a new mobile cable granulation plant installed on a roll-off platform.
This system can efficiently process copper and aluminum cables, Teck cables, and copper/aluminum radiators at low operating costs.
With 120 kW of power, the CableBoxM60 can process 400/500 kg/h of cable.
Equipped with a turbo refiner, it can handle very thin cables without needing separation from larger ones.
The CableBoxM60 is controlled by a fully integrated PLC system, allowing remote monitoring via a PC or smartphone.
Additionally, the Stokkermill support network can monitor performance and detect any process anomalies.
